Events
To cancel your registration, please read our policy regarding events or courses below and if you want to cancel anyway, you can send an email to “info@coderminds.nl”.
Cancellation by you
Before the event
Please note that once you have registered, a limited spot has been reserved exclusively for you. If you have a change in your schedule, please let us know. If you cancel your registration less than a week before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee charge of half of the amount.
In/After the event
We do not refund if the event is started.
Cancellation by us
If it appears that insufficient registrations have been received for a particular course, CoderMinds may decide to cancel the course.
Parents/Students will be informed about this in advance. Due to reasons beyond our control, CoderMinds may cancel a course day and will refund the amount of the canceled course or course day(s).
Courses
To cancel your registration, please read our policy below and if you want to cancel anyway, you can send an email to “info@coderminds.nl”.
Cancellation by you
Before the first course day
You can deregister by sending email to us: “”info@coderminds.nl”. Then we will refund the amount.
After the first course day
You can cancel free of charge before the start of the 2nd-course day. If you cancel after the 2nd-course day, you owe the full amount. Cancellation for the student must be made by e-mail.
Cancellation by us
